The 3-day 2014 China Feed Industry Production Management and Process Innovation Forum and the 3rd Tianmu Lake Forum were held in Liyang, Jiangsu from November 24th to 26th. Former Vice Minister of Agriculture and President of China Feed Industry Association, Gao Hongbin, wrote an inscription for the forum: "There is a lake in the sky, and the forum has its way.". The theme of this forum is to create a "Harvest Production Line for Happiness", which involves factory construction, production management, and technological innovation in animal feed, aquatic feed, premixed feed, ruminant feed, etc. The concept of "happiness", which is rich in humanistic care, is introduced into our feed production, operation, and management, with innovative ideas, rich connotations, and creativity, reflecting the spirit of the times.

To meet the needs of the development of China's animal husbandry industry, the pace of structural adjustment in the feed industry is accelerating, the call for comprehensive improvement of feed quality and safety is increasing, and the factors that restrict or restrict the development of the feed industry are increasing. These will become inevitable new topics and challenges for the development of the feed industry under the new normal. The Tianmu Lake Forum is a beneficial attempt for China's feed machinery industry, feed processing industry, and related fields to accelerate transformation and upgrading, and solve development problems.
