About Project

Bayannur Dabei Nong is the third professional ruminant feed production base built by Dabei Nong Ruminant Group in Inner Mongolia, following the factories of Hohhot and Chifeng. It focuses on the research and development, production, sales, and service of ruminant feed. This is also the second time that Da Bei Nong Ruminant Group has cooperated with Zhengchang, following the Chifeng factory, to design and build a fully automated high-end ruminant feed production line with an annual output of 120000 tons. With the help of Zhengchang's leading technology and equipment in the ruminant field, the company aims to occupy the entire market in western Mongolia with Bayannur as the center, and also promote the high-quality and efficient development of beef cattle and sheep production in Inner Mongolia, laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of Da Bei Nong ruminant first in China.

In December 2021, in order to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the entire project, the Zhengchang Ruminant Project Team entered the site early in a harsh environment of minus 20 degrees Celsius, overcame various difficulties, strictly followed the installation standards of the production line, and supervised the quality throughout the process to ensure that the equipment was delivered in the best production state, allowing customers to feel at ease.

The project has been successfully put into operation recently, and the on-site manager stated that the entire production line has reached new heights in terms of production efficiency and feed quality. Previously, the Chifeng Ruminant Factory, tailor-made by Zhengchang for our company, has been operating steadily for many years. Its reliable output and feed quality have created a continuous stream of profits for us, and also laid a solid foundation for the development of the Dabei Agricultural Ruminant Group in Inner Mongolia. The production line adopts Zhengchang's unique full grain processing technology, which can achieve:

1. Fully utilize agricultural and sideline products and feed materials with poor palatability, improve the utilization rate of raw materials, and reduce feed costs;

2. Simplify feeding procedures, reduce the randomness of feeding, and greatly improve the accuracy of management;

3. Implement group management, facilitate mechanical feeding, improve labor productivity, and reduce labor costs;
