In July 2022, with an area of approximately 80077 square meters and a total investment of 132 million yuan, the annual production of 120000 tons of high-end livestock and poultry feed and 60000 tons of high-end ruminant feed engineering project, designed and constructed by Zhengchang Design, was officially completed and put into operation.
This is a key agricultural and animal husbandry project jointly developed by the Bin County government of Harbin and internationally renowned feed enterprises to accelerate local industrial transformation, promote the development of planting and animal husbandry. The goal is to explore a full industry chain layout suitable for local economic development, starting from the construction of modern feed factories.
The entire project is tailor-made by Zhengchang, with a reasonable overall planning, strict epidemic prevention zoning, standardized architectural design, professional processing technology, and stable and efficient feed processing equipment. It can effectively reduce the comprehensive operating costs of the entire factory, improve the quality of feed and breeding, and create long-term profits.
Highlights of engineering value
The design of two completely independent production systems for livestock and ruminant feed co workshop not only meets regulatory requirements and product requirements, but also achieves centralized control, improves production system control efficiency, and ensures production safety.
The main configuration of the crushing system is the Zhengchang SFSP112 series multi chamber wide crusher, which has national patented technology. This series of crushers has the characteristics of stability, high efficiency, low noise, and small amplitude, suitable for the crushing needs of large particle sizes in livestock, poultry, and ruminant. At the same time, the SFSP60 series egg chicken feed special crusher is connected in series, taking into account the crushing of egg chicken feed or the primary coarse powder of suckling pig feed, and the configuration is reasonably selected.
The mixing system is equipped with two independent three scale batching systems, which are fast in efficiency and high in accuracy. The average batching efficiency can reach 20 batches/hour. Combined with the patented dual axis paddle mixer of Zhengchang (Forberg) technology, it achieves a perfect match between efficiency and accuracy;
The granulation system is equipped with a Zhengchang Centennial brand gear transmission ring mold granulator, which has stronger torque, higher efficiency, and stable production capacity. The power consumption per ton of conventional livestock and poultry feed can be controlled at around 9.0KW/ton. Combined with the automatic control system of the granulator, the equipment production efficiency can be maximized.
The entire factory's material warehouse is reasonably configured according to the proportion of each raw material, ensuring that all raw materials are basically in bulk, and timely monitoring and replenishment of materials according to production system requirements, moving towards lean production and pull type production lines for feed enterprises.
