What professional services can our crushing test platform provide for you?
1. Carry out crushing test services for various materials and provide specific optimal crushing configuration suggestions based on relevant test data, such as the optimal crusher configuration and air network system configuration for feed factories, to create long-term value for our customers;
2. Provide crushing test services for various uncertain and unconventional raw materials, determine whether the materials can be discharged, crushing parameters, particle size distribution under different mesh sizes, and other real data;
3. Specific research can be conducted on the crushing of special materials such as high moisture content, high oil content, and high fiber content, adjusting relevant crushing technical parameters to improve the crushing efficiency of feed factories.
The entire platform has three experimental production lines: two hammer type crushing production lines and one ultrafine crushing production line.
The main power of the hammer type crushing production line is 37kW, and the production capacity can reach 3-5 t/h under a 3.0mm sieve aperture. It can be equipped with a full specification sieve aperture to meet the requirements for coarse and fine crushing production tests of all materials that meet the requirements.
The main power of the ultrafine crushing production line is 90kW, with a crushing fineness of 95 to 80 mesh, and a production capacity of 2-3t/h. At the same time, the crushing fineness can be adjusted in real-time from 80 to 200 mesh, meeting the production testing requirements for all single and mixed raw materials that meet the requirements.
All crushing line equipment is equipped with high-quality sensors and on-site touch screen control system, providing real-time feedback on the overall operation of the equipment. All motors adopt variable frequency motors, and the relevant crushing technical parameters can be adjusted at any time according to the materials carried by the customer.
In addition to the crushing production line, the laboratory is equipped with various high-end testing instruments, which can accurately measure the moisture content, crushing fineness, and related crushing particle size distribution of the crushed materials. At the same time, it is possible to test the wind speed, air volume, and air pressure of the wind network system, and match the appropriate wind network system according to the customer's formula and output.
