The structure of heat preservation silo is lined with different layers of heat preservation materials on the outer side of the silo body (assembly silo or Lipp silo). Insulation material
Insulation materials include polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, glass wool, rock wool, etc. The thickness of the insulation materials is selected according to the regional environment and the requirements of insulation, the conventional thickness is 80 ~ 150mm.
Polyurethane foam (PUR) moulding insulation, currently one of the best insulation materials, Europe and the United States and other developed countries in the building insulation materials, about 70% for polyurethane foam.
Formed polyurethane rigid foam body has good heat insulation, waterproof, anti-aging; strong adhesion, and concrete, metal, wood and other substrates have good adhesion; light weight, high compressive strength.
Different density, strength and heat-resistant foam bodies can be configured according to different requirements.
