SZLH1208 Ring-Die Pellet Mill: Features a ring die inner diameter of 1208 mm, a rated power of 630 kW, and a production
capacity of 50–65 t/h for poultry feed.
Market Launch and Application Date: December 2024.
The Zhengchang SZLH1208 pellet mill achieves a production capacity of up to 65 t/h when processing poultry feed. The equipment
is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, offering superior transmission efficiency boosting energy efficiency by 10% and
ensuring energy saving, eco-friendly operation. It is equipped with a pneumatic system for automatic adjustment of the die roller gap;
by precisely monitoring the speed of the press rollers, this system enables synchronized control of the die roller assembly, thereby
effectively minimizing the risk of machine clogging. The cutter system utilizes servo control, allowing for precise, on-line, and remote
adjustments. The transmission system features temperature monitoring for critical bearings and vibration spectrum analysis; via an
integrated fault diagnosis system, it can proactively assess the equipment's operational status to provide early warnings of potential
malfunctions. The ring-die employs a quick-release clamp structure, while the die-fixing mechanism utilizes a self-positioning,
rapid-clamping device, enabling quick and easy installation and removal of the ring-die.
Compared to existing products, this model delivers a 10% increase in efficiency. It incorporates a suite of automated features including
the pneumatic die roller gap adjustment system, servo controlled cutter system, automatic grease lubrication system,
and critical bearing temperature/vibration monitoring while featuring a quick disassembly structure for the ring-die and an electric auxiliary hoisting device, all of which significantly enhance the equipment's overall operability.
