Zheng Chang successfully completed the construction and commissioning of a grain drying, storage, and meal storage system 

for a major grain and oil group in Russia in just over three months. The project encompassed the full scope from bolted steel silos, 

drying and conveying equipment, to an integrated intelligent control system.

The core of the project includes seven bolted steel silos, each with a storage capacity of 12,000 m³. It features a dual-mode truck 

and railway loading/unloading system and integrates a full suite of processes including drying, cleaning, dust removal, crushing, 

weighing and conveying—achieving truly touch-free grain receiving and storage.

All equipment is manufactured using low-temperature and corrosion-resistant specialized materials, ensuring long-term stable 

operation in extreme environments. The system is designed to flexibly handle a variety of materials such as sunflower seeds, 

rapeseed, wheat and soybeans. The facility is equipped with Zheng Chang's proprietary intelligent control system, enabling fully 

automated operation and safety monitoring throughout the drying and storage process. With 24/7 technical support, this project fully 

demonstrates Zheng Chang's engineering expertise and professional leadership in the grain drying and storage sector.
