During this visit, Cooper A1 specially presented a Technical Competency Certificate, focusing on Zhengchang SZLH1208 large pellet mill. It can stably deliver a capacity of over 60 tonnes per hour with excellent feed quality, and the feeding performance exceeds the customer’s expectations. Ms. Hao Yun, the Chairman of Zhengchang Feed Machinery EMT, accepted this recognition. Feedback from field operation tests serves as the most powerful proof of Zhengchang’s strength in large-scale feed equipment.

During the visit, the customer toured the product exhibition hall, equipment manufacturing workshop and Zhengchang Pellet Mill Company. Both sides held in-depth discussions on production line operating data and process optimization plans.

At Zhengchang Pellet Mill Company, the customer closely inspected the material of ring dies, die-hole processing technology and heat treatment details. The ring die is a core component that determines pellet forming quality, production stability and operation cost. Based on long-term operation feedback from its four production lines, the customer highly recognized the precision and wear resistance of self-developed and self-manufactured Zhengchang ring dies, as well as the overall performance matched with the 1208 pellet mill. Compared with theoretical parameters, the visible on-site manufacturing capability brings greater reassurance to the customer.
